Vendor Registration

Vendor Set-up Start 3:30-4:30pm | Event Opens 5:00pm

What you should know:

Non-Alcoholic Vendors Includes:
•    Cost to register is free which includes (1) complimentary event ticket
•    (1) table and (2) chairs *linen available upon request*
•    Verbal brand recognition 
•    Logo placement through event signage and announcements (logo due by 5/14)

Spirit Vendors ONLY: 
•    Cost to register is $50 which includes (2) complimentary event tickets
•    The ability to sell products during the event
•    Plus all non-alcoholic vendor benefits (above)

Requirements:
•    Set-up completed by 4:30pm or food in-hand by 2:00pm June 6th. 
•    Promotional materials and/or give-a -ways in-hand by 2:00pm Monday, June 2th. 
•    Breakdown begins at 8:00pm unless otherwise specified.
•    No selling of any products or services on site (not applicable to wine vendors).
•    Minimum of a 10x10 tent per vendor.
•    Logo due by 5/14 (for print recognition)

Regular Admission - $75.00

·       Tasting of all wines and food

·       Signature wine glass


VIP Admission - $100.00

·       Tasting of all wines and food

·       Signature wine glass

·       VIP gift

·       Design and Wine at no additional cost or (1) complimentary cigar of choice

·       Complimentary bottle of wine or one full pour of wine (vendor of choice)
